Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale or final clearance items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for the return

Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a full refund, including shipping.
